    Pork Rind Style Breakfast Casserole:

    • 1 bag Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crumbled
    • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
    • 6 Eggs
    • 3/4 cup Green peppers, diced
    • 1/2 cup Sweet onions, diced
    • 1 cup Mushrooms (or one 18 oz. can), sliced
    • 1 roll Sage breakfast sausage (or substitute 2 cups of diced ham)
    • 2 cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 stick Butter
    • A pinch of dill
    • Salt and pepper to taste


Pork Rind Style Breakfast Casserole:

Preheat oven to 375 °F

Mix eggs in a bowl with heavy cream

Cook meat with peppers, onions and mushrooms until well-done

Butter the inside of a baking pan. Put meat mixture into the pan and add the additional ingredients

Top the casserole with the crushed pork rinds

Bake for 30 minutes
