Ingredients

    Pork Rind Taco Soup

    • •Your Favorite Southern Recipe Pork Rinds. We used Hot Spicy
    • 1 lbs. Ground beef
    • 1 Onion, diced
    • 2 (15 oz.) cans of Beans of your choice, not drained
    • 1 (15 oz.) can Corn, not drained
    • 1 (10 oz.) can Diced tomatoes with green chilies, not drained
    • 1 (15 oz.) can Tomato sauce
    • 1 oz. Taco seasoning
    • 1 (1 oz.) packet Ranch seasoning salad dressing mix
    • 1 cup water
    • Optional garnish: Sour cream, avocado, cheddar cheese, green onion, cilantro

Preparation

1. Brown the ground beef and garnish: sour cream avocado cheddar cheese green onion; cilantro. In a large pot over medium-high heat. Drain off the fat.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer gently, uncovered, for 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Ladle into bowls and garnish with Favorite Southern Recipe Pork Rinds. We used Hot Spicy and other toppings of choice.
