Rind Covered Ribs

- Rind Covered Ribs:
• 1 bag Southern Recipe Original Pork Rinds, crushed
• Full rack pork ribs
• 4 cups BBQ sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
Remove membrane from rack of ribs.
Put pork rinds into a food processor, and process until powdered, mix with BBQ sauce.
Cover ribs with paste, and then wrap in tin foil. Bake at 425°F until cooked through.
