Smoked Meatloaf

Ingredients
- • 2 oz. Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
• 1/2 lbs. Ground pork
• 1 cup BBQ sauce
• 2 Eggs
• 1 lbs. Ground beef
• 1 Tbsp. Hot sauce
• 1/2 cup Yellow onions, diced
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
1. Crush Southern Recipe Pork Rinds to bread-crumb size.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Insert the mixture into a meatloaf pan.
4. Smoke at 275°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
5. Brush the meatloaf with BBQ sauce.
