Taco Pork Rind Salad

Add some bacon flavor by crushing our pork rind on top!
Ingredients
- • 1 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds in pieces, crumbled
• 1/2 head Lettuce, chopped
• 6 Cherry tomatoes in half, sliced
• 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
• 1/4 cup Corn
• 1 Avocado, diced
• 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese
• 1/4 lbs. Ground chuck, cooked
• 1 cup Salsa
• Sour cream for garnish
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
2. Serve the mixture.
3. Top with crumbled Southern Recipe Pork Rinds in pieces and sour cream.
