Ingredients

    Tailgate Ready Pork Rind Nachos

    • 1 bag Southern Recipe Barbecue Pork Rinds
    • 2 cups Mexican cheese, shredded
    • 1 cup Chicken, cooked and chopped
    • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
    • 1/2 cup Sour cream
    • 1 Tomato, chopped
    • 1/4 Red onion, chopped
    • 1 Jalapeño, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 Cilantro bunch , chopped

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix cooked chicken with half of the BBQ sauce and set aside.
3. Mix sour cream with the remaining BBQ sauce and set aside.
4. Line a baking sheet with foil. Arrange a layer of pork rinds and cover with half the cheese.
5. Top pork rinds with BBQ chicken and add another layer of cheese.
6. Place nachos in a preheated oven and cook for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pork rinds are lightly browned at the edges.
7. Drizzle with BBQ sour cream and top with tomato, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Serve warm.
