Portable walking tacos featuring Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for a crunchy, flavorful low-carb twist on a classic.

Ingredients

    Walking Tacos with Southern Recipe Pork Rinds:

    • 5 snack bags Southern Recipe Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds
    • 1 lbs. Ground beef
    • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
    • 1 pack Chili seasoning mix
    • 1 can (10 oz.) Diced tomatoes with green chilies
    • 1 can (15 oz.) Ranch style beans
    • Toppings: Cheddar cheese, sour cream, jalapeño, green onions

Preparation

1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, or until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess fat.
2. Stir in chili seasoning mix, pepper, (10 oz.) tomatoes with green chilies, and beans.
3. Bring mixture to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
5. Just before serving, cut open bags of snack bags Southern Recipe Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds.
6. Spoon beef mixture into snack bags Southern Recipe Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds and add desired toppings.
7. Serve immediately.
