Yummy Onion Rings

- • 1 bag Southern Recipe Original Pork Rinds , finely crushed
• 1 medium onion cut into 1/2" rings
• 2 eggs, beatened
• 3/4 tsp. of your favorite seasoning
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Slice onion and separate until you have about 16 medium rings. Add crushed pork rinds and seasoning to large bowl. Dip each onion ring into the egg, then pork rinds, then repeat until all coated.
Place each coated onion ring separately on a large, non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes and flip for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
For dipping sauce, mix mayo and Sriracha sauce together and serve with onion rings.
