1 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
1 Lb. Sausage, cooked
1 cup Barbecue sauce
2 cups Potatoes, diced
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
4 cup Bread cubes
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Cook sausage and drain fat. Parboil potatoes until tender.
Line a casserole dish with bread cubes.
Mix sausage, barbecue sauce, potatoes and onions.
Fill casserole with mix, covering the bread cubes.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and finish with crushed pork rinds.
Baked at 350°F for 30 minutes.
